About Ebb&flow Creative
Small is the new Big
There’s no denying it Ebb&flow is a small company which ever way you look at it, however this is to your and our own advantage. Gone are the sales teams, the receptionists, the middle management and all that is left is the core, the people that do the thing you want.
Hooray for small! When you talk to us you are addressing the Owner, Creative director, Art director, Design guy, web guy and tea boy all at the same time.
We’re a Web-centric, Hub-centric business meaning a majority of our work ends up online, and because we don’t profess to know everything about everything, if a project requires a resource we don’t have in the office we’ll employ someone competent, reliable & punctual to supply those skills.
It’s a win win situation for all parties involved as long as there is transparency and communication is centralised. It allows for energy and passion for a project to enthuse a group instead of just one overly keen zealot as ideas are shared.
If you’ve got a great idea, get in touch...
and i’ll get the CEO to put the kettle on.
